Fabroz as a sole judgment reserve the right of accepting or rejecting a user registration on the website with giving any reason or anything further.

We have secure web server to store the data and there are firewall to safeguard the servers. To make your experience safer with us we have encrypted payment gateways, which will allow you to carry out your transaction in the safest manner. Despite of having all the measures in place we cannot guarantee 100% security.

CONTRACT GUIDELINES

·         Once you place an order in our website you will be receiving a confirmation email from our end. This confirmation email is just to notify you that we have received your order and it’s under process. This e-mail do not confirm that we are in a contract or liable to deliver your product. This e-mail is just an indication that you have made an offer to purchase our product and it is our will of selling the product.

·         All the orders you place are conditional, which is based on the availability and acceptance by us. We will confirm our acceptance by sending you another email mentioning your dispatch details. The contract between us will be only eligible we the email have been sent to you about the dispatch of your product. Please be advised that all the communication will be done via electronic media.

·         We are not liable to process your order until and unless we have received the payment from your end in case of prepaid order or if you have not responded to the confirmation call from our end for the COD (Cash On Delivery) option.

·         We are entitled to cancel any order before we come into contract.

·         While placing the order if you have made any mistake, you can go ahead and amend or rectify the mistake before the order is being dispatched from our end. But for some reason you fail to update us in time you can return your order as per our returning policy which is being mentioned in our website.

·         While placing the order in our website you confirm that you are the soulful owner of the credit card/debit card used for the transaction our website and you are placing this order in your full senses. In case of COD (Cash On Delivery) you confirm that you have the sufficient funds to pay us for the products you have ordered.

·         If you think that somebody have forged your details and have placed your order in our website, you are liable to inform us regarding the same.

PRISING AND PAYMENTS

·         Payment shall be made by the mode of payment mentioned on our website and your order will be dispatched from our end only after we receive the successful transaction notification for the full payment for the order placed by you with us.

 

·          Prices for the product can be altered without any prior notification or information but changes will not be entitled for the orders that have already been accepted and processed by us.

·         We provide you multiple options for the products that you order with us, so it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may get priced incorrectly, unintentionally. We take utmost care in verifying the price of the order before dispatching from our end, and in case of any sort of discrepancy i.e. whether the price was charged higher or lower than the correct price, we will intimate you with the same. 

·         Please note that we have the full authority to cancel the order before dispatching the order from our side in case if you have placed an order for the product that has been listed on our website with incorrect (lower) price, and even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation e-mail for the same. But, since the pricing error is obvious or could have reasonably been recognized by you as a miss-pricing, we are not bound to abide the contract in such situation.   

 

We Cannot Ship to your area WHY?

 To ensure that we ship our products to your area we ask you to enter the area pin code. There can be different reasons of not able to deliver our products to your area.

Return Policies.

In fabroz.com we take great care of the products which needs to be delivered to our customers. However if there is any flaw in the products which we have delivered through our delivery partners, we have kept the returning policies really simple and convenient for our customers.

We from the team of fabroz.com will like request our clients to kindly inform us about the damaged/defective product within 24 hours from the time of delivery. This will make us to serve you in better way.  We will gladly accept your return or exchange of sellable product with intact Tag in unused condition within 7 days after you receive the product. All returns are to be accompanied by original receipt. You can write us on support@fabroz.com or directly call us on the toll free number.

Please be advised that our products are wrapped very adequately, if you receive any damage or ripped package DO NOT receive it and please do inform us so that we can serve you better. Returns will be accepted only on unworn and unused products with the original tags attached.

 

Fabroz reserves the right to refuse any service to any one at any time before binding into contract. The Terms and condition mentioned above can be amended any time in the future by fabroz team and we are not liable to inform anyone for the same.
